Sutherland Vets is an independent companion animal practice owned and run by Nick Sutherland, MRVS, GPCert(SAS).
Our practice ethos is simple; we want to build trusting relationships with our clients and their pets in order to keep them well and help to get better whenever sick or injured.
‘Nick studied Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. After beginning his career
in general practice, he developed a particular interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic
surgery. In 2024, he joined a busy veterinary hospital in London to further develop his
surgical skills and manage a high-volume caseload while completing a postgraduate
certificate in Small Animal Surgery. Having settled in the local area, Nick founded
Sutherland Vets to combine surgical expertise with compassionate and personal veterinary
care for the local community.’
