We have installed a CT scanner.  This is a rarity for first opinion practices in the UK. CT scanning is a 3D X-ray which provides much more detail, and accuracy, when diagnosing the cause of your pet’s symptoms. Please see below for further information.

Nicks Bio:

‘Nick studied Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. After beginning his career
in general practice, he developed a particular interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic
surgery. In 2024, he joined a busy veterinary hospital in London to further develop his
surgical skills and manage a high-volume caseload while completing a postgraduate
certificate in Small Animal Surgery. Having settled in the local area, Nick founded
Sutherland Vets to combine surgical expertise with compassionate and personal veterinary
care for the local community.’
